RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. In case the product is a sunglass and you perhaps do not like it on your face the latter can be exchanged once for some other sunglass of your liking from our existing stock

Please note: This Policy doesn't apply in case of any kind of prescription glass/sunglass.

2. We always want to provide you with super high quality products. but even then in any rare event, if you find our product not exactly the same as mentioned on our website you can request an Exchange. and post communication the issue will be sorted on an urgent basis.

3. In case there is any breakage or any defect during the shipping process of the product the customers needs to take a picture of it as soon as he/she receives it and share it with us either via Email or Whatsapp.  After Communication it give be immediately picked up from your place and a replacement will be shipped to you urgently.

4. In case of the returns of Prescription glasses including the Clear or Tinted Glasses will not be accepted if there are  any kind of Scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. we always do the fitting and quality checks multiple times while we prepare and then pack your order for shipping. 

5. In case where any prescription glasses are exactly the same as the customer's mentioned prescription but if the customer still doesn't adapt to the glasses and gets problems then the customer won't be eligible to get a new pair for free replacement but shall definitely get some discount on the new pair if they get one from us.

6. Post Delivery in any case if the product is mis-handled and hence gets out of alignment or out of shape, the product will not be replaced or refunded for.

• SHIPPING POLICIES:

  All the products to be shipped via our courier partner i.e. Delhivery services. The Product will be definitely be shipped for FREE for all the prepaid orders. otherwise, all the orders will be shipped with in the next 2 working days of the ordered date. The Shipping details will be sent to the customer via SMS and E-mail through which they can easily track their orders.
