If you receive a sunglass that doesn't suit your preferences, you can exchange it for another sunglass from our stock within 3 days of receiving the product. However, please note that this policy does not apply to prescription glasses.

In case of breakage during shipment, please promptly take a picture of the damaged product and share it with us via email or WhatsApp. We will arrange for the defective product to be picked up, and a replacement will be shipped urgently upon receipt of the defective item at our warehouse.

Once the damaged or mismatched item is inspected, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds will reflect in the customer's account within 5-7 working days. However, certain criteria must be met:

• Prescription glasses with scratches on the frame or lens not present at the time of delivery will not be accepted.
• Glasses matching the customer's prescription but not adapted to will not be replaced, though a concession on the next purchase may be provided.
• Products mishandled post-delivery resulting in misalignment or deformation will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Policies:

All products are shipped via our courier partner, Delhivery Services. Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping; otherwise, orders will be shipped within 2 working days of the order date.
